Stratford residents will have the chance to learn more about getting into the career of plumbing with hands on training and make connections with those in the industry.
This is made possible through the Support Ontario Youth’s Tools in the Trades Boot camp which will take place at the legion.
With $4 million in support from the provincial government, 70 one day boot camps have been across communities impacted from the pandemic to provide hands on training.
The boot camp will be held July 27th which last year helped sign more than 620 young people in apprenticeship programs.
