Its another step forward in North Perth as the Listowel Gardens breaks ground putting a focus on attainable housing in the municipality.
Phase one of this development is scheduled to be complete in Spring 2026 and once all three phases are complete Listowel Gardens will feature 178 one and two bedroom suites, a resident friendly clubhouse and a nearby commercial space, designed to support a vibrant and connected neighbourhood for individuals, families and local businesses.
This development is supported by the Municipality’s Attainable Housing Community Improvement Plan adopted in August 2024.
Mayor Todd Kasenberg says this project marks a milestone in the municipality’s journey to address one of the most pressing challenges of our time.
