All is just about set for a community fundraiser with the Listowel District Secondary School.
Dubbed “Grill and Groove” is aimed to help raise funds all taking place from June 14th from 6-9pm in the LDSS gyms and the outdoor “quad.”
The event is complete with food, games and live music by Josie and Corbyn Smith.
LDSS Student Representative Makayla Magee says if you want to get ahead you can register ahead of time online.
“On the QR code you can scan it and fill out a form just to let us know how many people are coming. When you come its entry by donation, the food and everything else is also by donation.” said Magee.
Fundraising will go towards the Student Opportunity Fund which aims to support students to eliminate costs for field trips and educational supplies.
