Community groups and elementary schools are being encouraged to apply for the Grand River Conservation Authorities, grant program.
Those across the Grand River watershed are eligible to apply for funding to support projects which protect and enhance local natural spaces.
Community groups can receive up to $1000 for their projects while elementary schools can see up to $750.
Applications for the Conservation Grants is May 8th.
