A Grand Valley resident has been charged following a stop in Wellington North.
On February 8th, OPP was monitoring traffic on Wellington Road 109.
The driver of a gold minivan was stopped with the result seeing a 43 year old charged with operating without insurance.
Furthermore the driver was also charged with driving without a validated permit and failing to surrender a license.
The accused will appear in Guelph court in May.
