Those who live in the Grand River are being asked to cut back on their water consumption.
The Grand River Conservation Authority are asking residents to cut back on consumption of water by 20 per cent as the dry summer heat continues.
From mid-June to mid-July the watershed has reported to receive 25 per cent of the normal amount of precipitation for the period and the watershed has been placed at level 2 under the Ontario Low Water Response Program.
Levels have not reached this low at the entire watershed since 2016.
