Perth County OPP have charged a Goderich resident in relation to a sexual assault which occurred in North Perth.
On January 17th just after 11pm, police began an investigation into allegations of an assault and sexual assault.
Investigation reveled the victim was assaulted, sustaining minor injuries.
As a result a 33 year old was charged with Sexual Assault with a Weapon and Spousal Assault.
The accused was released from custody and will appear in Stratford court at a later date.
