The flurry of days of snowstorms has halted garbage collection for a list of towns.
The Bluewater Recycling Association has postponed some services in West Perth and North Perth.
Those in North Perth will need to wait until February 22nd to get their collection done whereas in West Perth its been canceled entirely.
