Fundraising for Amiera Black to join the Canadian Down Syndrome Swim Team in Portugal in October continues.
The Goderich native and Stratford resident was recruited to the team in April for the 10th World Down Syndrome Swimming Championships.
An online auction has now been added to the fundraising efforts with bidding being accepted for the next 15 days.
A recent bottle drive brought in a total of $638 with a yard sale seeing over $3800.
A GoFundMe launched in April so far has seen over $8000 of its $15,500 goal.
