The Maitland Valley and Bluewater Family Health Teams are holding a series of virtual sleep clinics in the new year.
The free clinics are open for those aged 14 and up living in Perth and Huron county’s which runs for four weeks starting January 15th.
The group will learn more about practical solutions to help with insomnia and other sleep problems and fix bad sleep habits.
All sessions will be done over Zoom with registration required.
Each session runs from 12-1:30pm.
