A four way stop at the intersection on Elizabeth Street West and Argyle Ave North will be discussed by council tonight.
An accident which occurred in May has triggered review of the intersection and enlarged stop signs were added after the accident but more is being proposed to be done.
The process for having a 4 way stop includes assessment of traffic and pedestrian volumes, accident history and visibility issues.
Findings done by staff found a 4 way stop meets the requirements at the intersection is being recommended to council tonight.
