Heading into the long weekend, there are four beaches in Huron County ruled not safe for swimming.
Water samples collected by Huron-Perth Public Health showed Goderich Main, Rotary Cove, Amberly Beach and Pavilion Road having an unsafe level of bacteria.
Signs have since been posted at the listed beaches with swimming not recommended at this time.
Samples are being collected today with the results expected on Saturday.
