Four Dogs Run Loose in Fergus, Bites Two Individuals

An animal complaint occurred in Duncan Court in Fergus on September 22.

The report insisted four dogs had become loose and were running around the neighborhood.

Two individuals had received minor injuries from dog bites.

The Guelph Humane Society attended the scene along with the Wellington County OPP.

As a result, two charges were laid including failing to prevent dog from biting, and attacking a person under the dog owners liability act.

The 44 year old from Fergus is scheduled to appear in court at a later date.
