More apartments will soon be coming to Stratford.
Council has given the go ahead for the Baker Planning Group to turn the former PeopleCare long term care home into apartments.
The future apartments at 198 Mornington Street will have 17 units, nine two bed and eight one beds.
The developer says the units will be affordable with staff saying the apartments are consistent under the Provincial Policy Statement.
