The Municipality of West Perth advised residents that a property owned by the Municipality, formerly known as the Friendship Centre, located at 55 Montreal Street in Mitchell, is heading to the auction block on Thursday, May 5th at 4pm.
The property is zoned commercial and is just over 7500 square feet in size and has a 1248 square foot building and 240 square foot outbuilding.
