Warmer temperatures have kicked into full gear and its prompted the Upper Thames River Conservation Authority to issue a flood outlook.
A snow survey conducted on Monday found an average of 50-70mm of water content in the northern part of the watershed with 15-20mm in the south.
The snowpack has been melting given the warmer weather recently and with rain in the forecast most of 20-25mm of rainfall is expected.
Conservation staff saw while no serious flooding is expected officials will be watching the situation closely and will provide updates should the situation change.
