Fitness Bootcamps Continue for the Month

North Perth is helping you keep active with fitness bootcamps at the Wallace Community Center.

Designed for all ages, classes use your body weight with some circuits to help reach your fitness goals at your pace. Sonya Arksey, instructor for the bootcamp says many who attend are keeping safe and always asking questions

“Some people are just getting more comfortable with the idea of coming back. They’re asking questions through the recreation center or to myself. We’re always trying to make people comfortable with everything that we’re doing and have them reach out to us whenever they want.” said Arksey

Classes run every Tuesday night from 6:30-7:30 with a $10 drop in fee.
