A traffic complaint has led to charges against a 29 year old man.
On March 8th at around 9pm, Wellington County OPP responded to the complaint on Gartshore Street in Fergus.
It was reported the driver was slumped over the steering wheel and stopped in a live lane of traffic.
Police attended the scene and as a result a 29 year old of Fergus was charged with Impaired Operation, Refusal to Comply with a Breath Demand, Possession of Imitation Weapon for Dangerous Purpose and Two Counts of Failure to Comply with a Probation Order.
The accused was held in custody pending a bail hearing.
