A 24 year old from Fergus has been arrested by London Police after being found with child porn and more than 200 voyeuristic videos of women on his phone.
A search warrant conducted in March was part of an unrelated investigation with a phone being analyzed and digital images of suspected child pornography was found.
A 2nd search warrant was obtained related to the phone with digital files being taken.
200 voyeuristic videos were found with them being recorded without the knowledge of the victims in various public spaces in London including clothing stores and gyms.
The man was arrested on Tuesday by police.
The accused has been charged with two counts of voyeurism and possession of child pornography and given a future court date on August 30th.
