With a new school on the way for Fergus, the Upper Grand District School Board wants to hear from the public.
Dating back to November 2021, the board received Ministry funding for the construction of a new 308 pupil place from junior kindergarten to grade 8 in Centre Wellington.
The new school in northwest Fergus is expected to open for 2025-26 school year.
A boundary review process will be taking place in the fall to figure out the assignment area for the new Centre Wellington Elementary School.
All feedback provided during the process will be given to Trustees in a report for their consideration.
