The Ministry of Labour were called and are investigating a workplace incident that occured this morning just after 9am in Lucan.
Members of the Middlesex County OPP, Middlesex-London Paramedics and Lucan Biddulph Fire were dispatched to a business on Breen Drive for a workplace incident.
As a result of the incident, an individual was pronounced deceased at the scene.
No further details were provided in regards to the incident.
