The Perth County OPP have updated the details on the fatal collision that occurred at Perth Line 86 and Perth Road 178 on March 31st.
One driver died at the scene, and one passenger was transported to hospital with serious injuries.
The second driver, 75 year old Evonne Bierworth from Hanover has succumbed to their injuries. She had been transported to a trauma centre following being taken to hospital.
The incident occurred just after 6:30am.
