Stratford’s Ballinran Entertainment has launched a new web series dubbed “Farm to Fork” showcasing the regions farm gates.
The series follows Chef Nick Benninger of St Jacobs touring farm gates in the Waterloo Region, cooking up meals using locally sourced ingredients.
he six part series makes various stops such as Fall Harvest Farm in Wellesley, Mountain Oak Cheese in New Hamburg and Jewels Under the Kilt in Fergus.
