At 6am Friday morning, Wellington County OPP, Minto Fire and Guelph-Wellington Paramedics all responded to a serious collision on Highway 89 just east of Harriston.
The lone occupant of the single vehicle collision was pronounced deceased at the scene.
Investigators are still looking to determine the cause of the collision.
