Anneke Stickney of Elora was among 3 other poultry farmers in Canada to be ranked as the Top 4 Under 40 program.
The program was created to recognize young leaders in the agriculture industry.
Stickney took over her family egg farm after finishing school obtaining a business degree.
She quickly jumped into the career and took part in the Egg Farmers of Canada National Young Farmers Program which helps build leadership and share practices among fellow farmers.
Stickney holds 3 barns on her farm with new technology which lead to great efficiency on the farm.
Harley Siemens of Rosenort, Manitoba, Richard Boer of Chilliwack, BC and Tiffany Martinka of St Benedict Saskatchewan were also named as the Top 4 Under 40.
