A drunk driver who drove into the front of a home has bene charged.
Police responded to the scene Monday afternoon to Mowat Street in Stratford and found a pick up truck had driven off the roadway and into the front of a home causing damage to the truck and the house.
The driver, a 24 year old of Stratford was spoken to by police with suspicions raised about if he was sober or not.
The driver was taken to police headquarters where he failed a breath sample.
As a result the driver was charged with Driving while Impaired and Breach Probation.
The accused was released and will appear in court on August 14th.
