Wellington County OPP have charged a driver, 2 passengers and a business in regards to Improper Licensing and failure to wear a seat belt.
On May 5th at around 3pm, an officer stopped a commercial motor vehicle on St Andrew Street West in Fergus.
The 38 year old driver from Guelph was charged with failure to wear a seat belt as well as driving a commercial motor vehicle with an improper license.
Both passengers, a 25 year old from Guelph and 32 year old from Kitchener were also charged with Failure to Wear a Seat Belt.
The business, a moving company has also been charged with Permitting a Person with an Improper License to Drive a Commercial Motor Vehicle.
