A South Huron resident is now facing a charge in connection to a fatal motor vehicle collision which took place November 15th just north of Dashwood on Bronson Line.
The collision occurred just before 12pm with OPP, Huron County Paramedics and Dashwood Fire responding to the collision between a pickup truck and SUV.
The driver of the pickup, a 52 year old Bluewater resident was pronounced deceased at the hospital with the 35 year SUV driver also in hospital at the time with undetermined injuries.
As a result of the investigation, police have charged the 35 year old of South Huron with Careless Driving Causing Death.
The accused will attend Goderich court on March 8th.
