One person is facing charges after going over 75km the posted speed limit.
On May 10th, Perth County OPP stopped the vehicle who was clocked in at going 155km an hour – over 75 the posted limit.
As a result the driver has gotten their license suspended for 30 days and vehicle impounded for 14.
On top of fees, the accused has also been hit with fines ranging from $2000-10,000 and demerit points which will affect insurance rates.
