A driver and trucking company have been fined after being found guilty stemming from a stop in Sebringville.
On January 3rd an officer spotted a commercial vehicle on Huron Road which was missing a wheel.
An inspection was done and it was determined the wheel separated from the truck while it was moving eastbound on Huron Road.
At the time a 31 year old of Waterloo and the company from Kitchener were charged.
In court on September 10th both the driver and company were found guilty.
The driver was charged $2000 and the company a fine of $3000.
