The new water tower in Drayton has another colour scheme.
While the original scheme was the Mapleton Logo with Drayton appearing underneath with a red/orange colour as chosen by residents there was issues seen historically with what was chosen.
Public Works Director Sam Mattina said the colours chosen after time give the interference of rust formation and had urged council to reconsider.
The new scheme still includes the Mapleton logo with Drayton written underneath but now takes a green finish below.
