Drayton is stepping up further with more fall festivals as the Mapleton Agricultural Society is gearing up for its second annual Fall Harvest Festival next weekend.
Running from 12-5pm on October 1st, the festival carries from the event in 2021 which was put on for the first time to make up for the lack of a summer fair in 2021 due to the pandemic.
Various events are taking place such as a car rally, pumpkin chucking as well as baking and canning classes.
The agricultural hall will be open from 8am-10am on October 1st for competitors to drop off items with pickup at 4pm.
