The Downtown Stratford BIA will be heading to council on June 12th to present their Public Art Plan and request council the use of the Plan By the City for future projects.
This comes in the absence of a Municipal Public Art Plan to guide the development of public art in the city.
The Downtown Stratford BIA in May 2022 retained STEPS Public Art to develop a plan which would reflect the history and future of the community and ensure the benefits of public art would be felt across downtown.
