Applications are open for North Perth’s Downtown Façade Improvement Program.
Grants are available for downtown businesses in Listowel, Atwood and Monkton to support high quality exterior upgrades.
The program helps support business visibility, enhance curb appeal and add to a vibrant, inviting downtown.
Eligible businesses can receive a grant covering up to 50 per cent of project costs to a maximum of $7500.
Those who apply will need to have their projects begin within 6 months of approval and be complete within 12 months of the approval.
