Retired nurse Donna Armour was recognized for her quick efforts stemming from an incident where a young boy was injured and unresponsive.
OPP West say Donna was able to regain vital signs on the boy and provide care right up until paramedics had arrived on scene.
She was recognized for her efforts by Perth County OPP Inspector Tyler Stewart and Commissioner Thomas Carrique and Saint Johns Ambulance for her life saving efforts.
