One person is facing three charges in Listowel following a domestic incident.
On April 9th just after 11pm Perth County OPP received a report of a domestic incident that occurred at an address on York Avenue North. During the investigation it was learned that one person had been assaulted. The victim was not injured from the assault.
As a result a 38 year old resident of North Perth was arrested and charged with 3 counts of spousal assault.
The accused was released from custody and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Stratford at a later date to answer to the charges.
