Playing tennis in Stratford past the summer will become a reality at Upper Queens Park in the city.
The Stratford Tennis Club says a dome will be put under the courts this fall to allow the sport to be enjoyed over the winter.
Programming will also be available during the season including mens and ladies nights and a league.
Group lessons will continue to be provided during the winter.
Plans were in place last year to have a dome put over but a delay with Stratford’s building department in issuing a building permit took longer than expected.
