Serving 28 years as a councilor, Dan Yake has announced his intention to run for mayor for Wellington North in the October 24th municipal election.
Yake currently works for the Ontario Clean Water Agency which provides service to Wellington North to operate wastewater facilities in Mount Forest and Arthur.
Yake believes his years of experience serving in municipal service he has the experience needed to lead and the timing is right to take a run for mayor.
