Huron County OPP are looking for more information after a seasonal cottage was damaged in Ashfield-Colborne-Wawanosh.
On September 13th police were contacted by an individual who was visiting their friends cottage and found it was vandalized.
The caller says the owner of the cottage lives in the US and they check on the property for them.
It was determined between July 22nd-September 13th unknown culprits damaged the exterior and interior of the lakefront cottage on Hunters Road causing around $100,000 in damages.
The windows of the cottage were smashed, drywall was destroyed with furniture and household items being thrown around.
Its not known yet if any items were stolen.
