Cyclones Go 1-1 Over the Weekend

 

The undefeated in October streak came to an end for the Listowel Cyclones who went 1-1.

The Cyclones came out strong on Friday who hosted Kitchener-Waterloo.

Listowel rallied being down 3-0 in the 2nd with Ben MacRobbie adding his 6th of the season to start the comeback. Cam McNevan scored with 1 second left in the 2nd period.

Cory Jewitt scored in the third to tie it up with Carter Coombs scoring to take the lead and Chet Hudson adding the insurance to lead Listowel to a 5-4 win.

Carter McDougall made 30 saves in the win as Listowel dropped their game on Sunday 5-1 to Stratford.
