Regardless of provincial legislation, CUPE intends to go forward on the picket lines across Ontario.
As locally across the Huron Perth Catholic District School Board and in Wellington County, some schools could see closures due to a lack of staff as a result pushing students to log in remotely for classes.
On Friday morning its expected those to be on the picket line with a focus on MPP offices in certain ridings.
Across the region pickets are planned outside Lisa Thompsons, Ted Arnotts and Mike Harris’ office in Elmira, Fergus and Blyth throughout the day on Friday.
