Cross Heating & Air Conditioning is warning residents of an ongoing scam.
Cross Heating says they’ve been contacted by customers about being solicited by a separate provider requesting to come and inspect equipment, saying they are contacting them on behalf of Cross.
Officials say this is not the case.
Cross Heating says they will only contact you and identify themselves as employees calling from their local office number.
