Upgrades are needed at the Drayton Fire Hall and the Moorefield Ball Park which are coming with a hefty price tag.
The report notes the building components which house the Moorefield Ball Park’s public washroom are in poor condition and need to be fixed up.
Repairs at the ball park are estimated at $300,000 with staff looking into the idea of two portable washrooms.
The Drayton Fire Hall also in need of renewal comes after the fire hall was affected by the 2017 flood.
Repairs for the hall are estimated at around $900,000.
The report will head to council tonight.
