Stratford council has proposed to install outdoor fitness equipment at Shakespeare Park.
The initiative dubbed the Stratford Urban Gym is all about promoting fitness, well being and community health.
The new fitness area will be next to the All Wheels Park which will include exercise equipment for all ages.
The cost for the equipment at the park will be just over $118,000 but will be done from donations and will not impact the budget.
