A man killed five years ago at a construction site has been the subject of a joint coroners inquest next month.
24 year old Lawrence Brubacher-Horst of Wallenstein died five years ago on a collision on Boomer Line.
Waterloo Regional Police say Lawrence was standing on a flatbed trailer loading equipment when a car struck the trailers ramp and became airborne with the car hitting Lawrence before crashing into a hydro pole.
A 19 year old from Listowel was charged with careless driving from the crash, sentenced to two years probation.
The inquest will take place at 9:30am on August 8th and is expected to last nine days.
