Cooper Standard out of Stratford has been certified which Plant Manager Carey Brett says they value their employees and are committed to providing fair compensation and benefits as well as a respectful workplace for growth and development.
United Way has set their living wage locally to $20.70 calculated using local data considering the living expenses of a weighted average family of four, single mother or a single adult.
