Cooling stations are opening across North Perth as temperatures this week scorch up to 40-45 degrees.
Throughout the week the municipality has all 3 arenas open to act as cooling stations as well as the North Perth Public Library also open as a spot to keep away from the heat.
The Steve Kerr Memorial Complex is open from 9am-9pm, the Elma Memorial Community Centre in Monkton will be open from 9am-12pm with the Elma Logan Recreation Complex running from 1pm-4pm.
