Work continues around the T.J Dolan Natural Area in Stratford as crews work to stop the spread of invasive species.

The Upper Thames River Conservation Authority has been working at spraying herbicide to treat and control Japanese Knotweed and Phragmites, a species which can choke out wetlands and cut back biodiversity.

Signs are in place around the area where the herbicide has been used and is approved by Health Canada.
