Huron County OPP have charged a 61 year old man after a call from someone at a bar in Bluewater.
On September 15th at Around 12:43am, provincial police were contacted from a concerned citizen who said they believed a man was planning to drive after drinking at a local bar.
Officers spotted a vehicle leaving the bar and was seen driving dangerously in Bayfield.
Police eventually stopped the driver on Bluewater Highway and while speaking with him had determined he was not in a condition to drive and arrested.
As a result the 61 year old from Central Huron was charged with Dangerous Operation, Operation While impaired and Failure to Comply with a Demand.
The accused was given a future court date in October.
