Farms in Elora, Minto and Waterloo are joining the Community Sharing Agriculture.
CSA is a food system model rooted in sharing between farmers and their residents. The 2021 CSA offers 20 weeks of pickups between mid-June to the end of October offering local produce. The winter CSA offers 9 weeks of pickup of produce between mid November to mid March of 2022.
